I have no Firefox problem. But as always here, before you click "post" on anything long you've typed, a simple highlight/copy of the text assures you will never lose anything that doesn't "go through".

I'll have to try that next time. I'm out of the house now on my phone so I won't be able to confirm if it was the cookies, but do you have any idea if the feature is not compatible with Firefox? |

Just tried it - no problem for me - have you tried clearing cookies or using a different browser?

Anyone else having problems with the "Send Comments" feature on reviews? This is only the second time I've tried to use it (the first was when it was a brand new feature), but both times I've had the same result - a page with a 500 error. So I go to my outbox, and see that my message is not there, and I assume it was not sent. The really annoying thing is that if I press the back button, what I typed out is GONE, so I have to try to remember what it was and write it all out again.
