I think they tried to make the album a little more marketable that way.
The song wasn't marketable at all, though.
Oh, come now. It's short, it's catchy, it's about erogenous zones.

I cannot vote or comment here, unlike most my female friends and a lot of male friends too, I do not focus on lyrics, never remember them either, I can hum most songs tho' because my mind follows the rhythm and instrumentals :)

The lyrics to Amon Düül ii's "Dem guten schoenen wahren" on Phallus Dei win my vote, see the discussion by contributor BaldFriede at this page:

However, as other mention, the music is excellent!  I'm a huge fan of Lothar Meid, he really blasts on this one!   Pity about the lyrics however....

Because for the whole of your life
You've been living alone.

Now that's some piece of s%^t. Universal anthemism at its cheapest. It's like as if a seven-year-old sat down at a table and wrote the lyrics, delivering as much desperation in writing better lyrics as possible, trying too hard. These words belong in prose, not in a song. Pseudo-maturity in kindergartenish terms - not a lot of things could be more repulsive than that.
Sorry, but not at all.

The Song "Quack Like a Duck" has some terrible lyrics but I believe it was written badly on purpose. LOL

These are all certainly worthy, but none are close to these, which have the added bonus of being sung completely out of tune.

Hot girls we got problems too
We're a lot like you...
except we're hot

Are you sure?

Undergoes the same as you.

Famous some were--yet they died;
Poets--Statesmen--Rogues beside,
Kings--Queens, all of them do rot,
What about them? Now--they're not!

Not lyrics, per se, exactly, but...I think they deserve a mention...

Whoa. Who wrote these?

Geddy Lee.  They're from the debut, before Peart joined and put an end to this nonsense.
