I've got it on now via the Bandcamp link.

Interesting. I'll review it after a few listens.

Cheers Ian, I'll be checking out the band Drama pretty soon as well! It could use some trimming, but there was great stuff on The Box.

Please do! We're currently working towards a new album for 2012.

I love a bit of positive criticism. I've just completed my second solo album and will be putting it out mid-October. It's another concept album but it's considerably shorter! ;) Just to point out, The Box was recorded at the turn of 2010, it just took me a while to put it out!

Thanks again for the support.
Ian, I'd love to hear something a little more concise from you, if physical copies are available, I'd love to have one. Otherwise, send me a DL link when you want it reviewed, and I'd be happy to oblige. Cheers!

Hi guys,

I was thrilled yesterday to discover that my request to be added to Prog Archives had been approved!

In July I released my first 'official' album, "The Box".

The album was work-in-progress for the best part of 10 years due to changing circumstances... and a certain degree of musical evolution.

If any members out there would care to review the album I'd appreciate it greatly.

You can listen to the album in full here -

http://iangordon.bandcamp.com/album/the-box (full album info & lyrics also available here)

To accompany the album, I wrote a short story in eBook format which I'd be more than happy to provide upon request in order to flesh out the story before or after listening.

Here's a link to my page here at Prog Archives - http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=6704

If you like what you hear, please join me on Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/iangordonmusic

Several forum members over at Progressive Ears asked if I was planning to release a 'physical' version of the album. I am indeed planning to and am currently pursuing several options.

I'm currently working on my second album which will hopefully be available in October.

Thanks to everybody for you support.
Ian
