Thanks H.ro!!!!
Your choices look good. I've been wanting to check out Giraffes for awhile...and I actually already did the Tangled Thoughts (first one) and it's quite good.
I'm doing the Disconnect album today. This stuff will keep me busy for a little while.

You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.

Keep at it. But anway; what is this special thing about promotions anyway ? Your partner will just think you are a sad, sad loser and leave you for a 35 stones heavy coast-to-coast trucker. Let's keep the promotion aspirations to the army (which has several vacancies in Afghanistan..... sign up !) and our paid work careers. The grades in ProgArchives is just here to organise the substantial, very substantial workload here. Unless you are willing to put in at least 20 hours a week into ProgArchives (reviews and serious work. Not hanging out in the forums), don't even think about getting promoted. ProgArchives is a monster and it eats you alive. Don't fantasise about befriending a lion. Instead of having a dinner with it, you will become it's dinner.

I mean there are some obvious ones, such as Part the Second, Fortunes Haze (by Look to Windward), and Cloudkicker's stuff.

If anyone here wants to compile and maintain a top 50 free albums list and by then keeping the interest for PA up for those of you, make that us, who has problems spending money on albums when all the bills is slowly making that luxury impossible, please get in touch with one of the collaborators and I am sure we can arrange something.

As things are now, and the living costs for everyone here triple (even for the millionaires here), we should maybe look into the possibilities to make a top 50 list of free albums. But back to topic: Reviewing unreviewed free albums is a sure way to get noticed here by the powers that is. |

You can begin by asking yourself, if there really is need for more Yes or Genesis reviews - and maybe start out with something a bit different. If you´ve only just started listening to "prog" and you haven´t got any further than the usual suspects, then stick to what you know, but make it sincere and personal.

Is there any way to make the search to find unreviewed, free albums?
