Red - CTTE

Two favorite albums by two of my favorite bands, pretty easy for me.

Good poll. Doubting very hard between Foxtrot / Going For The One and In The Court Of / Nursery Cryme.

Think... think... think... Ermm I feel like tossing a coin.

Okay, Foxtrot / Going For The One

Gotta go with Pawn Hearts and The Lamb
Dig me...But don't...Bury me

This

Same.  That's my favourite Van der Graaf Generator alongside my favourite Genesis album.  A Pawn Hearts with Larks' Tongues in Aspic option would be stronger for me still.

Following poll option 2 for me is He to He... plus Islands.  Next is Still Life plus Relayer.

I can still have a favorite, even if I've never heard all the albums. But I can agree that my wording was quite bad, I should've written that Foxtrot is my favorite, instead of the best one.

How can you say that Foxtrot is Genesis best album if you have never heard The lamb lies down????
