If you persist in the omission of spaces I have another suggestion: start a review with a HTML tag like "<font size="+3">" and end it with "</font>". I see that the usage of larger fonts instead of spaces after interpunctions make your posts rather legible. Moreover, such a review will occupy more space of the PA homepage during the first hours after posting. ![Wink Wink](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif)

^Until a few years ago I didn't use a space either. I thought the punctuation served as a space instead. I just followed the conventions os printed word I saw in books and the internet etc eventually.

George,
If you want to promote certain bands or a particular subgenre, probably the best thing you could do is to write reviews. Remember, reviews carry much more weight than ratings alone. And by writing reviews your English will surely improve. By the way I have read six or so of your reviews and I understand them fine. If you find it difficult to analyse music then try writing about your own thoughts and feelings when listening to the music. I can't tell you any more than Ian on the VIP thing but if you really want to be a Prog Reviewer don't give up on that ambition.

This has been said already. He didn't like that answer or maybe didn't believe it.
I have done some research and...
" to recognize the fidelity, presence, friendship and comraderie, of members that are here for a long time and, for several reasons, bear no title of Prog-Reviewer, Collab, etc."
It isn't a promotion but an aknowledgment.
Seems to me if you are not spotted by Admin you have to be nominated.

After reaching the milestone of my 100th review, I wrote to a collaborator and asked, in private and politely, if I would be considered.
I was lucky in that the people who decide these things judged the quality of my reviews strong enough to be promoted. I really took that as a big compliment and was very grateful.
However, and here is where I think your underlying problem is, I would make one very important point: If I had not been promoted to PR, I would have still reviewed, tried to improve, but most of all, continued to participate in and enjoy a site I love. The title doesn't really matter, the site does.
As far as your reviews go, can I make a suggestion, and for your posts as well? English is not your first language, so it is difficult, but try to slow down a little, and let patience take over from enthusiasm a bit more. The quality will improve dramatically, believe me.
Lastly, I am very sorry to hear you have been depressed. I have not posted this on the forum in any detail before, but I was off sick from work for six months last year owing to stress and depression bought about by a very serious incident directly related to my work duties. Although I am back at work full time now for the first time since last July, I still have certain issues related to the incident that made me ill in the first place.
Aside from my wonderful family, the thing that really helped me pull through a very dark and worrying time was this site and my music.
You clearly love your music, of that there is no doubt. Sit back, relax, and enjoy. It's the best medicine you can have - take it from one that knows. Don't worry about titles which are, at the end of the day, not that important - a love of life is.
Feel free to PM me if you wish to discuss further, because I will not expand on the points I have made here in public.

I counted them and made it eleven, no idea why I said seven. Just wanted to agree that it wasn't many yet.
