Hey Jody, can't say we agree much on anything (musical or life issues), but it may come as a surprise to you.... but I kind of learned to dig you... Headbanger

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

On a huge kick with them for the past few months.I dismissed the first two albums as derivative back in the day and ignored their later output. Then my daughter got into them and I started listening to Neon Ballroom,Diorama and Young Modern quite a bit. With every album they matured, progressed and changed. With their newest album Daniel Johns really impressed me with his expanded vocal range, songwriting and stunning string and horn arrangements.Totally different from their early days.

Nobody will ever fully appreciate just how much work Jody put into this site. Just being an Admin and Mod is a full-time job in itself but running a busy genre like Prog-Metal for so long as well is a Herculean effort that will never be forgotten. Thanks pal!

A big Thank You for everything Jody did, although saying thanks is far from enough...

I'm looking forward to Jody's participation with admin hat off in fun threads!
