The Bourne Ultimatum for me, however all the Bourne movies are fantastic.

I like more those Spy Movies from the 40s and 50s: the atmosphere is dark, the environment is quaint; women are seductive without being vulgar, ect.
The Man Who Never Was is probably my favorite and it's based on a real event.
EDIT: Before someone says that I'm crazy I know this movie is also listed as a War Movie but for me it's more a Spy Movie.

I had forgotten how awesome the Bourne movies are. After just finishing Bourne Ultimatum I am forced to pick that as my favorite spy movie. That man knows everything and I am boggled at how many steps ahead he can think in a split second (yes I know it's a movie).

Syriana was a fantastic movie. After that, Clear and Present Danger would be my second favorite.

All of the Connery Bond films and I especially liked the Eye Of The Needle W/ Donald Sutherland. And the Eagle has Landed w/ Caine and Sutherland but that was more an action flick than spy? And Carry-On Spying.

Damn good poll and have struggled to choose between Bourne, 3 Days and Ronin. I plumped for Ronin but Bourne is a very close second.

I liked Ultimatum a lot and it may be my favorite of the three.
I haven't voted yet but I've narrowed it down to Body Of Lies, Spy Game or Ronin.

I still haven't seen Ultimatum, I could have watched on a bus ride to Georgia, but I was way to tired to watch much more than a few minutes.

That's pretty funny, I've been a Leslie Nielsen fan since the original Airplane movie.
Bourne is a tough choice:
Identity
Supremacy
Ultimatum
I would need a "mini poll" to help me pick one of these three.

Dunno, I think Sellers/Niven/Allen/half the rest of the cast (male and female) in Casino Royale did a good job at being Bond

When it comes to James Bond, Sean Connery is the ruler that all the other Bonds had to measure up to.
From the remaining Bonds I think Roger Moore did a good job. A very suave guy. He fit right in wearing a tux, driving a sports car or with a cocktail in his hand. And he did them all three at the same time.

James Bond, and my favorite is the original Casino Royale with Peter Sellers, Orson Welles, Woody Allen, David Niven, etc. Great movie there.

I'll be honest, I'm not voting yet . Numbers two through ten are all favorites of mine so I'm going to have to give this some thought.
