This is not a fixed list. The chosen bands are the most searched item via the PA search engine.

This new feature was another bulls eye by the admin team . My compliments. Especially for guests and newbies this is a big help. And I agree with all choices of mentioned bands except for one (hell, we always have to complain, don't we ?) and I just can't acquiesce in it. So forgive me. There's one band about which I'm surprised it's up there and that's Frost*. And the one I'm desperately missing is Pain of Salvation. In this case it has nothing to do with personal preference because I like them both (maybe even slight edge for Frost*) . But I'm just considering the site's interest here.
Looking at the number of albums, the number of ratings and the fact a few albums of PoS are in our first 100 (most popular albums) I think it's fair to say they should be in the list of bands. I leave it up to the admin team if they want to replace Frost* by PoS or just add PoS to the list.
Anyone agrees or disagrees with the suggestion ?
A day without prog is a wasted day
