I love Jon's hand talking to bits, but I had to go with PG.

Ian Anderson live in concert is just amazing - the one legged flute player in various outfits to match the mood/theme of the concert. Uncomparable!!!

Then, Mr. Fripp (even tho hes not a frontman)
Then the rest

Ooh, good movie. Too bad he's in only three scenes.

Dressing up in old Salvation Army clothes and playing the flute while standing on one leg is unique- not to mention everything else Tull did onstange. Dressing up in a red dress or flower costume is just plain weird (but entertaining nonetheless).

Ian gets my vote!!!
We should have had to vote for five unique frontmen instead of one!!!!!
Cos in that case I would have included Frank Zappa, Captain Beefheart, Arthur Brown and Peter Gabriel....

Just take a pebble, and cast it to the sea....

Ian Anderson - The best live performaner of the many I have seen. (though not prog - Bono early U2 was pretty outstanding as well)
|
"Music is the Wine that fills the cup of Silence"
- Robert Fripp
