Ultimate Prog Tournament Round 2-1: Yes v. GG

Tough choice here. I've seen both live, GG in a small venue while Yes in an arena but I went with Yes. Wakeman era Yes was epic while GG never reached that status in the U.S of A.

Tull is actually my favorite to win the whole thing.

That's interesting. I'd say they're pretty good predictions, but we'll see what happens.
I just hope Zappa at least makes this round, since I have him winning (I am a Rush and Zappa fanatic, but I realize how Rush is on this site). I realize how much of a miracle my prediction would take, but it would be sweet.

When I actually closed the polling and took the results, it was 23-22 in Marillion's favor. When I checked later on, about a day later, that's when the other vote must have snuck in.

And rightfully so!!!    GG is. . .  ok i guess. but its a difficult sound to get into. I much prefer Yes. Yes, Yes should win it. Yes all the way. there is no way Yes can or should be beaten, except maybe by Genesis (and thats a stretch i said it) .

PS -  when you say 'yes' that much it kind of loses its meaning... its a weird feeling.
