yeah definitely, i really dug the overall sound of your band. it kind of reminded me of the lightest side of MotW, if they had gone all Godspeed You! Black Emperor. well done. bravo!

Good to see some positive reactions for this effort. Despite the poor sound quality, it shows a nice mix of styles - a bit of jazz (that's what trumpets are for right?), a bit of rock, and indeed a guitar that sometimes disappears. Let us know when you have more material available!

Yes, but there's no music there yet:
I think we're going to record a few tunes on an upcoming concert, so we'll probably put up some songs then.
Thanks for the replies.

Yeah, the video quality wasn't the greatest but I really did like the music. Do you guys have a Myspace or anything like that?

It is hard to fully judge from the video as it is of poor sound quality. |

Is it really called for to bash all of those other bands? I mean, all of these people work really hard on their music and do you think it's fair to them to just outright say that their work is terrible? Maybe you could try some constructive criticism and tell these bands what they should do to improve or what they should change or so, I'm sure they'd be happy to listen to what you have to say.

Hello there, Progarchives!
I play the drums in a band called Bhindu, which has been around for about one year. It's just a couple of friends trying to create some music and have fun - nothing too serious, really. We're not skilled musicians yet, but we're trying to make the best of it.
Here's a video from when we participated in a youth culture contest. Mind you, the sound is pretty lousy, with the guitar disappearing at times, and the trumpet hurting your ears. Anyway, it'll give an impression of what type of music we play.
I'm not sure if it qualifies as prog, but, anyway, here goes:
We're hoping to do some recording soon, if we can afford, and maybe I'll put some up for you, with hopefully a little better sound than on the video
