My school band never played a gig. Come to think of it we never played a note of music ...but we did have a photograph taken. Great name for a prog band though...Court Jester!
My imaginery heavy metal band? Rancid Groin.

Well, why not name a band after an astronomer? We have had bands named after poets (Novalis, Hölderlin), fictitious literary characters (Uriah Heep), military leaders (Wallenstein), horror authors (H.P. Lovecraft), so why not an astronomer?

In all seriousness, my band was called Tycho Brahe. Well we still are we just haven't played together in like 5 years. Anyone know if someone else has this name too? I could never find anything, and I really like the name. tx-Dale
