HELP ME PLEASE!!!

   I have had this song hanging around for two months. It's called "lost in the crowd" from Shinedown.

In the intro within the first 1-2 seconds, it sounds EXACTLY like some other song that I can not place for the life of me. There's like an acoustic and a faint sounding electric or something, and I can't figure it out but it reminds me EXACTLY of another song. Anyone have any ideas> I must have played those first two seconds atleast 500 times by now
