The solo in Truck Driver Divorce almost made me rupture something laughing the first time I heard it! Brilliant! Son of Mr. Green Genes, definitely. Sexual Harrassment in the Workplace, Inca Roads. Were The Dangerous Kitchen and Jazz Discharge Party Hat Frank, or Vai?

There's just way, way too many to choose from!

Hmmm - how about:
  1. Yo'Mama (Sheik Yerbouti)
  2. The Torture Never Stops (YCTOSA #1)
  3. Watermelon In Easter Hay (Guitar)
  4. Republicans (Guitar)
  5. Apostrophe

extremely difficult to choose, though.

Oh man, almost impossible. It's like having to chose your favorite Zappa solos...wait a minute...

Well, to try, and in no order

On The Bus - Joe's Garage
Magic Fingers - 200 Motels
Muffin Man - YCDTOSA6
Inca Roads - One Size...
Carolina Hard Core Ecstacy - YCDTOSA4

Well, thats what I came up with off the top o' me noodle, probably think of about 50 more in a minute here...

EDIT: Aw man, I can't believe I left off Doreen, and Watermelon in Easter Hay, and Montana, and...

2ND EDIT: ...or Apostrophe, or Black Napkins, or the Illinois Enema Bandit, or...

Everything previously mentioned is excellent.

My top five would be:

Watermelon In Easter Hay
Black Napkins
Zoot Allures
Inca Roads
Rat Tomago

My secret top five would be:

Pojama People
Cruising For Burgers (Zappa In New York version)
St. Etienne
Friendly Little Finger
Them Or Us

My double secret top five would be:

Nine Types Of Industrial Pollution
Willie The Pimp
Transylvania Boogie
Theme From A Burnt Weeny Sandwich
Apostrophe

Also, everything on Shut Up And Play Your Guitar.

OK, I'll stop now. Sorry.

So much music. So little time.

my favorite is............... the solo on sleep dirt (track 6?? of the sleep dirt album) and the pojama people solo. the guitars by frank zappa always are interesting, exept some tracks live which extend much. this is my humble opinion
por que el sol no es de mitad y la otra mitad de aquella mitad??
