Topic: Tool n Dream Theater burger factory Posted: June 05 2006 at 09:02 |
You took exception to someone talking bad about Kansas in another thread and wondered aloud why people feel the need to express their distaste about bands they don't like.
Yet you do the same thing.

I rather think bands like Echolyn are the junk food of prog more so than Tool.

I see. But taking on DT & Tool? That generates a lot of people who are going to defend 'their' band.
I know what you mean I guess. I'm trying to lay off the hamburgers, and
start digesting some other 'foods'. Or the same burgers, but a
different dressing.
Yeah, I dig this

Well, if you're gonna bash a band, this is the best way to do so I guess.
And I think you're right. In a way.

See here's the thing , I`m concerned that some of you have an unhealthy prog diet . It seems that Dream Theater burgers and Tool Fries are all you have been eating and you are starting to look sick. Tool and Dream Theater are the KFC, McDonalds of the prog world , they serve up just the meal you expect every time and do little for your waist line what you should be consuming is all different types of prog expanding your little minds into regions you thought only crazy men go so next time you feel like a Dream Theater burger or Tool fries STOP look around and select something else, I recommend some toasted Gentle Giants or perhaps some roasted Echolyns now they look delicious.
