There's a software package called MTron by GMedia. Some say it's very close to a mellotron, some say it's exact. (it depends if you are able to a/b it with the real thing, I guess). The same company has various other classic analogue synth sounds.  There's a video of Rick Wakeman helping to demo them on m-audio.com
 
I only know this because I've been reading up on this and I'll probably get MTron within the near future.

I have a synth, but what programs have all the old stuff from the late 60's, early 70's synths?  Can anyone reccommend me some awesome programs to use, i need the classic mellotron, moog stuff!!!
