I would go with early PFM when they had that pastoral thing going on. It was mainly the first 2 albums though. Camel is maybe okay for Mirage. What about Renaissance? I'm not a big fan but they do have that quality on their classic albums for sure. Up to date I would mention Karfagen for their sumptious sound that carries you away. Steve Hackett is also good for this on At The Edge of Light and Surrender Of Silence.

Who sounds like the most dreamy classic progressive rock band? I kind of think it's Camel. They have so many dreamy songs... What do you think, guys? Which classic's output is dreamiest for ya?
