If There is Something I can confidently predict from the results of this first poll, then it's most likely going to be a win for either David Bowie or Roxy Music in all of the subsequent polls in this series. We'll see how that turns out, bearing in mind all of my previous predictions have turned out to be totally wrong. Tongue

I like to feel the suspense when you're certain you know I am there.....

Roxy Music's debut would be my second choice - they had a far more proggy sound on their first two albums when Brain Eno was their resident knob twiddler.

I've never been a fan of the original Tyrannosaurus Rex, but I was hooked when I heard Metal Guru by T.Rex for the first time in 1972 - one of the first four singles I ever bought, alongside Take Me Bak 'Ome by Slade, Little Willy by Sweet and California Man by The Move.

I think I would have lost any credibility I have remaining here if I'd given the Bay City Rollers debut any more than two stars. Tongue

Good grief, Paul... these polls get weirder..

It would have to be Roxy out of that lot, although I was never a big fan...
