Threads auto-lock after a period of inactivity, although I believe that one of those was purposefully locked.

Perhaps he has mostly forgotten about it, removing it has not been a priority of his, and/ or he may be keeping it in case we have future featured artists of the month (deals) to promote there.

Apparently, it's only the chief admin and site owner M@X who's allowed to post anything in the Featured Artist of the Month forum, as all of the current threads are locked.

No one has contributed to it since November 20, 2015.
