I just happened to see this topic quite randomly, and I like the concept (be great for covering many different countries).

If albums of five different US acts in PA, maybe:

Chelsea Wolfe - Pain Is Beauty
Far Corner - Risk
Secret Chiefs 3 - The Book Beri'ah Vol. 10: Malkhut

If one act, then Swans: My Father Will Guide Me Up a Rope to the Sky, The Seer, To be Kind, The Glowing Man, leaving meaning. :)
