If all the tracks were like RoI, it would have been my album of the decade, never mind year!

I was tempted to vote for St Germain's Tourist as it has no votes, but Radiohead's Kid A is the favoured one by me and I haven't listened to Tourist in quite a few years.

A very difficult 4 way tie for me:
Transatlantic wins over SB, PoS & PT by a hairs breadth

Kid A for sure. Following OK Computer should have been near impossible but they did. That and In Rainbows represent the best of Radiohead for me.

Absolutely...At The End of the Day and Great Nothing are superb and is the reason why V is the best lp on that list...

I'm voting for Pink Floyd, even though I haven't heard the album. I must admit, the only album I've actually listened to in this poll is Lightbulb Sun by Porcupine Tree.

V because of the song "The Great Nothing" which is an absolute work of genius!

Well, the point is to have some really great albums, and probably some not so very well known. But I generally stick to more 'popular' prog albums because more people would come here and cast their vote. And the outcomes of these are always interesting! [However, not too unpredictable

SMPTe, the album that got me listening to prog again, and introduced me to Neal Morse.
