^ Firefly was great....sadly it didn't last long . The movie Serenity was also very good....of course Fillion went on to fame in Castle the ABC tv show...he has a new show this fall called The Rookie.

^I really enjoyed Fringe...not sure how many people watched it.
There are many old ones I liked but it would have run into more than 20 shows...some like The Name of the Game, Rockford Files, Bonanza, Have Gun Will Travel, Combat, Cheers, St Elsewhere, The Fugitive, Bob Newhart Show, Taxi.....etc...so many good ones.

Top 10 'personal favorites'.....but there are at least 10 others that are equal to me.

Then I won't include Decalog, and Riget either, or, methinks, the BBC House of Cards trilogy. Actually, I wouldn't be averse to including certain types of miniseries.
These are just the first to come to mind since 10 is far too few for me. I opted to stop at about 20, but there are so many that I adore, and I didn't even cover comedies (well, some dramadies). If I were to choose one comedy, I'd probably go with League of Gentleman, also adore Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister. Game of Thrones The Twilight Zone Monty Python's Flying Circus South Park Twin Peaks The Simpsons Lost Trailer Park Boys Breaking Bad The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air I would have included Krzysztof Kieslowski's Dekalog and Lars Von Trier's Riget but they're miniseries and would open up the door for all kinds of other options like alternate cuts of feature-length films made into miniseries so I kept it simple.
