Great and interesting lineup. I haven't heard of Meliora either. Any samples out there to be found. I couldn't find anything.. seems to be a oft-used band name so all I get is hits for those other bands.

A great event that solidifies Mexico City's reputation as one obligatory stop for Prog's leading bands. Also a great showcase for up-and-coming awesome bands like Ekos!

The line-up of a new massive progressive rock festival has been unveiled. The “Mega Prog” fest will take place in Mexico City next November 3rd, featuring three international bands and four local acts.
Focus. The legendary Dutch act led by Thijs van Leer will return to Mexico City after more than a decade of their last visit. They will in fact, perform in three different cities in Mexico and will headline the Mega Prog festival. Le Orme: Another legendary band, favorite of hundreds of prog fans. This Italian legend led by Michi Dei Rossi will perform in Mexico after 10 years, when they hit the Baja Prog 2008. Unreal City: One of the new Italian giants, in spite of their youth their music has reached several listeners around the globe, they will make their debut in Mexican lands. Ekos: One of the biggest Mexican acts nowadays, their latest album “Otra Dimensión” topped Progarchives’ charts last year. They are now working on their third album. Glass Mind: Instrumental prog-metal at its best! These four guys know how to light up a stage and create wonderful music. Their most recent album “Dodecaedro” has received very positive reviews. Anima Tempo: Another amazing band from the prog metal scene, these guys have toured over Europe and Japan, receiving great output from fans around the world. Meliora: A new good and eclectic Mexican band that is working on their debut album, to be released this year.
