I am inclined to think that agreeing to Forum Rules and Policies should suffice, but I have only little knowledge of the advanced web technologies that are applied to recent intrusive robot software Confused.

Once again, does PA need to verify that you're not a Robot? I intend to repeat this question every time I get the Robot test.
