Some great choices here! "In a Silent Way" by Joe Zawinul is the music I need to fly into infinity.

Might sound funny, but I don't want people to cry after I'm gone. I hate funeral atmosphere.

Seconded. That song alone is enough to make As The World a 5-star album! Clap

Tough choice but I might go with some VDGG...specifically "Pilgrims" or "Childlike Faith in Childhood's End"

I would probably go for Echoes Pink Floyd, or Islands King Crimson, though I might go crazy and pick Terje Rypdal Whenever I seem to be far away or Morning by T2

I probably wouldn't like to have a funeral, so when I die just burn me and throw my ashes in the woods.
But if someone make me a funeral i'd like some funny songs, Samla Mammas Manna or Beefheart.
Or some agressive stuff, like DeathRawks
Or something that comes from hell (is the place where I'll be, so I have to familiarize... ), like Shub Niggurath and Univers Zero

I was thinking more like Toccata by ELP  Rawks

but seriously i'd have many choices...

i talk to the wind- king crimson
dogs, us and them, shine on you crazy diamonds, wish you were here- pink floyd
fool's overture, sister moonshine, two of us- supertramp
close to the edge, and you and i, soon, heart of the sunrise, ive seen all good people- yes
and more but can't think of them right now

Okay now for serious:
Porcupine Tree - Collapse The Light Into Earth (I don't even care for the song, but it'd be good for a funeral)
Dream Theater - Octavarium
Pink Floyd - Hey You
