What about thises types:

The renegade (progus renegatus). The renegade is someone who loved prog for a long time but then moved onwards to other kinds of music, mostly jazz and classical. He or she still appears here occasionally,mostly to comment in threads in the General music discussion to tell everyone how much superior jazz or classical music are.

The Golden Age Progger (progus saeculum aurum). This elusive creature lives in the past; any music that was not created between 1958 and 1977 is crap. The Golden Age progger will know all about bands from that Golden age which no-one has ever heard of, but anything beyond that does not exist for him Neo-prog is a contradiction in terms for him. When you tell him about Marillion he will believe it is a kind of orchid.
