Starless is my pick. Maybe if I can fit in two, add in Scorched Earth. That'll provide a bit of an uplifting moment, and it just feels right to pick that one.
I once told my parents, I would like to have The Crystal Ship played at my funeral. Still feel the same, although I´d prefer the live version from the box set nowadays.
To leave the world with a smirk on my face - Vodka Cola by Area. That would be crazy fun

I don't think I'd choose a prog song; I might use Penderecki's Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima or something by E. S. Tüür just to scare the sh*t out of everyone.
Kayo Dot's Cartogram Out of Phase woudn't be a bad choice.

And if I could edit the Hackett solo out of Firth of the fifth and get that played as a separate piece, sure. In fact, the performance from Once Above A Time would do.

I'm atheist so my choices are based on making any remaining friends and family sit through some decent music for once in their lives :) And I will stress that they are to be tied down until the playlist is finished ...
Yes - Awaken VDGG - The Undercover Man Twelfth Night - Love Song New Musik - All You Need Is Love Jon Anderson - Song of Seven Genesis - Stagnation
And just as the curtains close ...
Bruce Springsteen - I'm On Fire
... just to send 'em away with a smile on their faces :)
