I've actually heard that comparison before.  I guess I can see it as they are both concept albums with pessimistic views of humanity, and some spacey and ethereal moments.  Both are also considered to be the greatest albums of all time, but I think that the bands' more proggier and experimental releases to be better.

I'm not turning of VdGG to hear Radiohead. I will after though.


OK Computer doesn't sound forced at all to me. I always think of it as a modern day Dark Side for some reason.

How does it compare to OK Computer? That one is still my favorite from what I've heard.

The Bends is basically a collection of really really good pop rock songs imo, but it doesn't have the sense of forced creativity I always hear when I put on OK Computer.
