MONSIEUR DUBOIS     Allo Allo. Parlez-vous Francais? Listen very carefully, I shall say this only once. Monsieur Dubois are a 6-piece Dutch Jazz-Funk outfit, looking and sounding cooler than Antoine de Caunes and Jean-Paul Gaultier put together. Eurotrash, they ain't. 

EDGAR'S HAIR     Another band who almost escaped me..... Edgar's Hair are nothing to do with Edgar Froese's impressive German mullet, but a moody and atmospheric Space Rock band who are somewhere within the orbit of The Netherlands. Where else!? 

MONOMYTH     A Space Rock band who are on an epic hero's journey to become The Netherlands equivalent to Hawkwind - and that's No Myth. 

MOLASSESS     Sweet! Molassess are definitely not low-cal but a high calibre Heavy Prog band who should appeal to fans of Anekdoten - unless you're on a diet. 

MINOR GIANT     They may be minor giants, but they deserve to be major league players in the wonderful world of Neo Prog.  

MESCALINER       A doped up, tripped out Post Rock band - at least if their name is anything to go by - who've sometimes been compared to King Crimson, although don't let that put you off, as they have echoes of Pink Floyd to my untrained ears. Either way, it's music to chill out to while you puff away on a spliff (allegedly), although I didn't inhale.

MEDEA     Talking of marathons, Medea specialise in neatly-packaged heavy rock operas for those who don't have time to sit through an entire 24-hour Ayreon marathon.
