For when we got bored we'd have a world war, happy but poor.
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

I held the book so tightly in my hands
I saw your picture, heard you call my name
There was something strange, I could not look away
I wanted to be there, I wanted to go

i'm shopping for a new oil-cured sinus bag
that's a happy bag of lettuce
this car smells like cartilage

Tadpoles keep screaming in my ear:
"Hey there! Rotter's Club!
Explain the meaning of this song and share it!"

Overhead the albatross hangs motionless upon the air
and deep beneath the rolling waves in labyrinths of coral caves

or

Lime and limpid green the second scene the fight between the blue you once knew
floating down the sound resounds around the icy waters underground
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Now we don't talk anymore It's not that I think you're not right Maybe all was my fault Another rainy day goes by I wonder where you are Maybe it's right to keep it dark No chance to open up the door It was me that failed once more...

Great RPWL.

I used to think that was "Tell the moon, don't tell the marcher".

Google tells you that, as well lol. I double checked the actual LP on my shelf to be sure! LOL

"Don't you deny, denial is the first step of yielding
Your past and future's an illusion
The truth that you can grasp lies in the moment" (from Celestial Asylum's prospective album)

These lyrics had been written in Turkish, by my "spiritualist" bandmate; translated (to English) and polished by a materialist: me. Honestly, I find it pretentious and laughable when one "claims" that s/he knows reality better than anyone else. I'm just begging to be forgiven as just having acted like the "messenger" of my bandmate. LOL
