Cam Newton is so fun to watch too.  This last play I thought he was getting sacked bad.  He broke away from the grab and nearly ran it for a first down.

AP has 2 TDs already? Its still in the 1st. Damn, he was always a freak but it seems like he's better this year despite coming off a massive knee injury. This is unprecedented.

Also the 2 prime time games (on paper) should be great!

Edit: My Dad actually has a little giant, and no not because of the team, it was a Christmas gift last year and supposedly it's pretty sweet.

heh...soo despite leading them on 2 successful drives that spared life into the Jets....Greg McElroy is back to the #3 man...behind Sanchez who no one has faith in, and Tebow who was shredded by a dozen Jets in the paper....brilliant as always gang green.

Rooting for the Bengals and Ravens big time, as well as the Eagles over the Buccs (wanna see every potential wild card team lose). Ugh.....Giants. You just have to put yourself in these loony situations.
Anyway its in the 40s and rainy, I doubt this will impact Brees and co much, especially with our crap defense, but they are out of their comfy dome, any possible advantage is needed. I really dread this N'orlans game

Nah not really.
I won't go broken record but we'll see what RG3 does (or what the team lets him do). If he starts to develop then I'm pretty scared. If they keep with the college offense, well that will fade eventually and RG3 becomes another phenom bust. Sorry for the reality check

If I had to guess, I'd say....7% of Giants fans expect a win. Many may say we have a chance (naturally) but few expect a win, and I'm in that group. Nothing about our team adds up to beating the Saints. And yeah, of course you can beat Baltimore, they are borderline terrible.
Oh and we were the lesser team, but you do realize a made FG (which Tynes very often makes) = a Skins loss? Or if that fumble didn't bounce in a lucky way (it happens I know) maybe you have 4, or 7 less points? I mean sheesh, be happy and proud RG3 is already in the HoF and the Skins have 7 SBs right?

Aren't we all a bit shocked? I know I am, some success was expected but I never thought this much.
And playoffs? PLAYOFFS!? I would've laughed if you said they'd be in the hunt.

And nothing against RG3 and Wilson, but they are in very managed systems. Luck is averaging 42 attempts a game, on pace for 670... or third all time! Point being they are asking a ton of that kid, depending how the Colts finish and he plays, I'd say he's a contenda!

I actually thought Peyton's MVPs were justified and not just drooling over him. The Colts were very dependent on him, especially that lame defense that only worked with a lead...and the team got worse over the years. By the end he was dragging them to success. Remember how we all said they'd have 4 wins without him? They only managed 2!


But yeah the Broncos are a good team, and he's just performing as we'd expect. Im not big into awards but they're always fun. Right now comeback has to be Peterson. He's in the running for MVP as well, (too soon to call that one).
My rookie of the year is leaning towards Luck, for how much he has to do, but RG3 is good and Russell Wilson is a stud!

If I feel nerdy enough, and have time, I may make my personal pro bowl again. Better than the crappy ones but I can't really judge o lines or the secondaries. I dont have THAT much time

Oh they deserved to win, and of course they were better. I still think the Giants played better overall, remember....7 of the Skins points came from that fumble play. It was 100% legit and sh*t happens, but still that was a whacky play. I guess it's semantics debating over "true skill" but yeah, in the end the better team won. I also love the new school of the NFL is really the old school. All this running, with QB options, 3 or 4 in the backfield going all over the place...its like the 40s!

Besides mistakes...gah the play calling! How the hell does Gilbride get so aggressive but then throw it so short of third downs. I mean there was no gap between the wideouts and defense to make anything happen. At least the run game was really good and Eli seems to have ironed out the slump.

Something good to read about.

(I still hope he plays poorly this week since I'm up against him!) 

I still think the Giants will take the division but they certainly aren't giving themselves breathing room, and have some tough teams coming up.  I actually still think they'll win the NFC championship as well.

Yeah I used to think that made sense, but I can't justify it anymore. You're only how you play. If you shoot yourself in the foot, then that's a flaw in your team. Redskins were better.
