I feel your pain. I literally spent hours trying to fix mine once. I looked up a guide on how to fix those specific keyboards. The most I could do was keep it on for a little while. I usually ended up trying to smash it into the keyboard. |

If you need more homework music, give them a try. I'm also noticing that their instrumental albums are better than the ones with vocals for me. The vocals don't add anything IMO, but they do manage to take something away. At least the instrumental albums are fairly decent mostly symphonic albums with a little bit of rock thrown in. The lyrics seem repetitive and boring to me. |

ARGH. My 'k' on the keyboard won't fit properly and now I am spending an unusually OCD-like amount of time to fail to fix it.

I still haven't tried them, you are making me not want to. I moved on to Albert Ayler. I can easily say it is pleasant. |

I think I can now safely say that, at least for me, The Enid's albums are best used as background music for stuff. In general, they're not pleasant or unpleasant...just there.

Well, they were both about using a ring to control something, I guess. The enemies gate is down pun is better though, he at least assumes you have read the book in that one and plays with the meaning of down. I think I have expended my "Talking about XKCD" limit for the week. |

That was a terrible pun, but at least it was actually a joke. This is just OH MAN THEY BOTH ARE ABOUT A RING!

As far as XKCD book themed comics go, this one was a little better, at least he doesn't explain the joke in the alt-text.

There was nothing to ruin, it was a STUPID IDEA that was POORLY EXECUTED. After this and the f**king Seismograph it's obvious XKCD is due for another long slide of Randall not even caring.
Although I admit at first I didn't really get it because I wasn't paying attention to what the song was about so I was thinking of Sauron putting the ring on himself. But that doesn't excuse the alt-text!

LOL I get it! I had to read the alt-text and google the names but I think I got it! From that movie right?
Yeah the alt-text ruins it. Also, someone in the forums is right, Eru didn't create the dwarves. Edited by A Person - March 10 2010 at 00:28 |

Huh.
And the new XKCD is SO DUMB. And Randall thinks I am really dumb because he explains the joke in the alt-text!
