Phil Shulman's voice is a bit more forceful than Minnear's, but not as strong as Derek Shulman's; I think it's a happy medium.

Verses of Funny Ways, Isn't it Quiet and Cold, The Edge of Twilight (verses), Black Cat, Prologue, beginning of Peel the Paint, A Dog's Life, midsection of River. As far as I know, these are his only solo performances.

Generally not that fond of singers, but Adrian Belew is wonderful in King Crimson. Phil Shulman and Ian Anderson aren't bad either.
