	for heavy prog or math rock/post rock, I have only their las album http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tao_of_the_Dead but they clearly have a progressive aproach to their origenal alternative rock foundation, they ceap progressing album after album (as shown in Wiki that their genre tags are leaning more and more towards Art rock and experimental . they name Yes, Pink Floyd, Neu!, Rush among others as their influence other then alt rock bands, they are one of those Alt bands (like Mars Volta and Radiohead) who have progressed from their former alternative rock style to a more psychadelic prog sound, Trail of Dead pulls lots of influence from heavy prog and psychadelia, + krautrock and noice rock, their live shows are also a psychadelic experience their last album consists of two side long epics one is a 35 min side (dealt in same vein as the Incident by PT and Mew albums), second side is a 16 min epic http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...And_You_Will_Know_Us_by_the_Trail_of_Dead
