I agree on TFTO, Islands and The Piper. Not that I would place them in the top 50, but they are very surprisingly low!

I was looking after this in the chart right now Shocked

I am absolutely shocked and offended that this isn't in the top 250.  I'm no fan of later Floyd, but Piper!! Thats one of the ones that kicked this all off!  And c'mon!  Interstellar Overdrive!

Henry Cow in general is a good choice.

Thought about this long and hard.

Beggars Opera - Waters of Change
Birth Control - Hoodoo Man
Curved Air  - Second Album
Fantasy - Paint a Picture
Gentle Giant - Interview
The Greatest Show On Earth - Horizons
Nektar - Remember the Future and Recycled
Pell Mell - Marburg
Pink Floyd - The Division Bell
Pure Reason Revolution - Self-Titled
Warm Dust - And It Came to Pass

A bit self-indulgent, but I think these are all absolute masterpieces.

Certified Obscure Prog Fart.

The Loose Palace of Exile - My first novel, The Mask of Tamrel, now available on Amazon and Kindle

The 250 top albums chart is build upon studio albums exclusively (and no proto/related either).

I think Koenjihyakkei and Henry Cow are the only bands here that I've even heard of.

I get around. It's mostly Avant-Prog/Rock in Opposition stuff though, with a few exceptions.

If you only filter live albums, it is on place 101. Shocked

In general, all albums below a rating of about 4 are not in the top 250.

That is "so whack" as they say. I think. That could be old already.
