I have been completely shut off from popular music for the last 5 years. I don't know how I both knew that was her and how to properly spell her name.

The intro may sound rather avant-proggish indeed, but the remainder of this song is rather conventional and the accompanying videoclip is just another TMF-style attempt to visualize the fantasies of a teenage laddie.
By the way, did I see NaturalScience turning up at 3:04?

The key question here is does anyone know who that actually is?
I do but only because I ran across it on a site that had the pic with a caption, honestly. (no prize for knowing, just an imaginary cardboard cookie) Edited by Slartibartfast - February 08 2009 at 11:10 |

The intro was pretty cool. I wish it would have lasted longer.

Disturbia seems to be quite popular on youtube for piano covers.

I thought it might be a bit much. I'll change it if I get a few complaints or someone makes a poll about it lol |

I'm surprised it was 30 seconds long. I wonder how much thought whoever was playing the piano put into it.
Did they just tell a session pianist to bang on the piano? Did she bang on a piano? Did someone put a pattern into it at all? Edited by Henry Plainview - February 07 2009 at 23:43 |

mrcoz your avatar is horrifying in the large size.
Make it stop.
For the good of us all.
Anyway, I was honestly surprised by the intro, I was expecting this to be completely ironic, which wouldn't have been funny at all.

Just heard the intro to Disturbia and I'm pretty convinced she's going to head into Rio/Avant Territory.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnG_RvJmefo No doubt she's taken influence of her predecessor John Cage.If my prediction is right, I'll look forward to adding her to pa myself. You may laugh now but watch this space..... |
