I was listening to Yes' Relayer album and couldn't help thinking 'this album wouldn't sound the same without that amazing silvery painting on the cover', Rodger dean really did do a glorious job on that one and created what i think is one of the greatest and most original looking album covers of all time

then that got me thinking about all the album covers that stick in my head every second i listen to the album that they come from, like King Crimson's 'In the court of the Crimson King'

So what album covers do you think are really important to the record as a whole?  what album covers do you think would change the way the record felt if the cover its self was changed?
