I've wanted us to focus on adding agreeably prog bands for at least a few months.

But I see what you mean by the prog-related genre. It seems to be watering down the site but its fine because not too many bands are added to it (well I don't notice many additions to the genre)

Well Jeff Beck should actually be in jazz fusion, at least in my eyes.

My suggestion is to stop any future additions to that genre... is OK like it is right now, but if you continue to add more bands (many of them clearly non-prog) this site credibility will start suffering...(if it hasn't already)... Now I hear Steely Dan... We have Jeff Beck (i don't know in which category but anyway, it's an example)... I guess this is turning into a matter of "I am a fan of band X, I'll try to have them included in PA".... Please, i'm not saying this 'casue I'm a troll or anything, I just want this site to remain prog... Bands like The Decemberists should be here in art rock, but if they are coming to prog-related, let's not include them at all... And stop with the "fabulous musician" excuse for inclusion.... After Beck, I guess Hendrix and other will have an open path to get here....Big%20smileSmile
