James Bond (Steve Martin) meets arch villain Gold Sting at the casino in "Bullets Aren't Cheap" - the most wooden acting you've seen since Dolph Lundgren first flexed his muscles in Rocky IV.

'Penny Dreadful' was brilliant and Dalton was very good.
If you havent seen Penny Dreadful.......I highly recommend it.

^ currently to be seen in the AMC western series The Son playing a patriarchal character. It's bit 'Yellowstone lite' but nevertheless quite interesting and has an authentic feel to it.

Timothy Dalton must have scared The Living Daylights out of the TV executives when he uttered the forbidden 'C-word' in a promotional interview. I've never heard a rude word uttered on a Bond movie though, and I can swear by that. Smile

I'm a fan of Christopher Lee and loved his Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun. Still, his henchman Nick Nack (Hervé Villechaize) is what made Scaramanaga's weird fantasy island a particulary good spectacle to me... And Scaramanga's superfluous yet strangely sinister third nipple, perhaps.

Scaramanga: "A duel between titans... my third nipple against your Walther PPK."

Bond: "What, your three nipples against my six bullets?"

Scaramanga: "I only need the third one, Mr. Bond."

That little Butler/servant (sore if that is size-ist) thing of course makes me think of Fantasy Island (same actor) and also The Prisoner, which is one of my favourite shows.

I've never seen a full episode of Fantasy Island but I've always loved this song by Tight Fit - an English budget version of ABBA. Smile
