When I tried Eloy many years ago, they did not resonate with me at all.
Nektar has always resonated with me.

Really? I did a search for my old polls and didn't find it. I figured if it was done before it was done by me. I guess not. I also did a google search and while progarchives polls show up there wasn't one for these two bands that showed up.

I have a certain problem with Eloy. The German accent of Frank Bornemann is absolutely awful. But else I am fine with them. I prefer their early albums (up to and including "Dawn") to the latter ones. I like Nektar too. If it weren't for Bornemann I'd say "both", but because of him my vote goes to Nektar.
