1979-1981 were very strong in my book, 1982 not so much. I'd have a hard time nominating more than 10, I'd have more than 15 for 1981 easily. The Dreaming is a top 5 (if not 3) of all time club member though. We venture deeper into what seems to be a generally maligned decade, although I must admit that I was positively delighted by the amount of great prog music from the previous two years and I am having no difficulty finding sufficient beautiful material from this year either.
