Obscure is a relative term...many odd ones are well known by us on this forum but my friends have never heard of them.

Jan Dukes de Grey is one I have that was already mentioned. The only other album I have from this year that might qualify is Beggars Opera - Waters of Change.

Same. I feel like anything I have been able to find on CD from that era isn't particularly obscure. Somebody thought they were relevant enough for a modern format release.
