Listening on bandcamp and really enjoying what I hear! Downloading now, I'll keep listening and try to post a review in the not-too-distant future. Thumbs Up

Thanks Marty!

I've finally uploaded the tracks to Bandcamp, it's taken me all evening, the tracks had to be converted to wav. files. But it is all cool now.

Yeah, the good thing about how big PA is that even it has almost 7 thousands artists here, it has also a lot of users, many of them eager to explore new (latest) Prog bands, such as yourself. And PA can be quite selective at times when it comes to additions, so I am glad you are here now.

There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"

You know, being a part of a database that covers  6,951 artists at the time of writing isn't a great promotional pull in itself, apart from a fact that can be used for promotional purposes. Some will always stumble upon the recent additions list and explore, but that effect is short-lived.
Progarchives is a good place for a prog band to be, but doesn't lead to much additional interest in itself. But as one of many facts used in your marketing it'll have a positive effect ;-)

Yeah I guess so. We were mainly hoping of course being on Prog Archives would increase the amount of listeners we have. We do have a decent following on soundcloud. However the amount of music you upload onto soundcloud is limited. But yeah thanks windhawk, much appreciated, I'll be in touch as soon as I have everything sorted, which should be before tomorrow!

Great. Bandcamp is a good place to be even if you're merely interested in getting people to listen to your music. Seamless interaction with Facebook for streaming tracks a possibility I presume is of interest to you guys on a promotional level for starters ;-)

We'd be over the moon, if people wanted to pay for our records. We're just glad with people listening to our music if anything ha. But yes, I will create a bandcamp account. I'm currently waiting on Mike, the guitarist to forward over the tracks to me, we've recently re-mixed the tracks to a far better quality, than the recordings found on youtube and soundcloud. As soon as Mike get's his arse into gear and I've uploaded the tracks and info to bandcamp, I'll inform you. It will definitely be sorted by tomorrow. Cheers

You could. Spending a few minutes at creating a bandcamp account (which is free), and putting up the album there with a name your own price option an even better one, which might even give you guys a few pennies in the beer account over time ;-)
Just in case such monetary matters is of interest to a band in this day and age *chuckles*

Okies. Cover art, track listing, track times and all that formal stuff - is it assembled in an easily harvested fashion somewhere?

As I don't want to go through a set number of pages - is this EP commercially available from somewhere, or is this a purebred digital giveaway?

Somebody will have to write the band's bio. You can send your story to one of the crossover admins who can paste it.
Then somebody, even you, can add your discography. At this point somebody will likely write some reviews of them.

The process for Genesis and King Crimson was simpler, but in the end they have exactly one page as you will have Smile
