What I admire most about the pictures is the insecurity of the napkin( serviette) fold on the table, Almost like a security blanket to an imperfect artwork, yet the imperfection is what is so striking............great work!!!

They were all worked in a series and were shown at the same exhibition. The concept behind them all is a sort of silent, discreet way of sharing and being together. Though there is no one around the table, the spirit of communion is already impregnated there, like the warm light - at least I see it like that. BTW the hidden metaphor is the altar table. I'm glad you like them. I'll tell the painter he has online fans.

All the pictures I post are uploaded via www.imageshack.us , do you have acces to that site? For example, at work that site (amongst other) is banned on our computers by the system administrator and I can't see any image posted via that site and others. But from home I have complete access and I have no problems.

Well I did turn this thread into a sort of blog because I wanted to keep the record of the signatures I use; the reason is that they're very special to me and (imo) they bring some beauty to the forum. If there's a problem with the blog idea, I'll stop. I may post by myself but certainly not for myself - check the number of views for this thread.
