Although I can see that Devon-born Robin Lumley is already mentioned on one of the lists, not dedicating an entire post to him would be an omission. Namely, Lumley, who sadly passed away last year, alongside Phil Collins, was co-founder of one of the most significant jazz-rock bands ever, Brand X. He took a sabbatical from the band in 1978 to focus on his career as a record producer, but he returned for the Brand X final albums and tours in the early 1980s. He also produced albums for Bill Bruford and Rod Argent (with the latter, Lumley even formed a jazz-rock band in the early 80s). 
Here's a majestic live recording from the 1976 John Peel show that included Brand X's original lineup featuring the late Robin Lumley.

And David Lawson went on to also do some producing and help with some bands ... Stackridge being one of them.

Both Dave's are/were excellent.

Matthew Fisher of Procol Harum has been mentioned but didn't Gary Brooker also play keyboards?

I will also add Peter "Memory" Banks of After The Fire.

And Manfred Mann

Iain Jennings and Ann Marie Helder both played/play keyboards with Mostly Autumn

Career "shredder" Tony MacAlpine can deal the pain on keyboard as well as guitar. On his old albums, there's a drummer but every other instrument was usually played by MacAlpine. His post-Shrapnel years have seen him perform as a member of C.A.B. and Simon Phillips' fusion outfit Protocol!

I also like Gong's Steffei Sharpstrings, he is very good with synth!!

Sometimes, excellent prog music is played by musicians whose primary instrument  is NOT the keyboard!! 

Examples include:

a)  Robert Fripp - He seems to be very skilled at the keys, having played electric piano, synth etc. on King Crimson albums, solo works (Fripp & Summers etc.), etc.  

b)  Jon Anderson - I saw Anderson's solo "Voice of Yes" show years ago, and he treated us to a rather amazing version of "The Revealing Science of God" on solo piano/keyboard!   I never saw Yes perform that one live, so it was special. 

c)  Brian Eno - no one would likely confuse Eno with a maestro pianist, but he comes up with some amazing keyboard parts!! 

d)  Peter Banks - Peter liked to throw some tasty little synth accents to his albums!!  

Whom do you like as well?  Think outside of the box!!
