Not much of a list, I know, but these are the only Swedish prog bands I've listened to. Embarrassed

Geographically, Finland is a Nordic country that certainly belongs to Eastern Europe, not to Scandinavia. Genetically, Finns also have some additional East Eurasian ancestry connected to ancient Siberia.
