I'm trying to find out which are the best Prog bands from Argentina - does anyone have any suggestions?
Any genre, any era - all I know is there are a lot of them.

Thanks

The best from the last decade that i really enjoy is Nexus. If you like great symphonic music.

Since I don't know which music you are into...

Classic Prog: Bubu, Crucis, La Maquina De Hacer Pajaros, Invisible,
MIA, Arco Iris, Alas, Espiritu, El Reloj, Pablo El Enterrador, Aquelarre, Spinetta Jade

Modern Prog

Symphonic: Nexus, Amagrama, William Gray, Under Linden

RIO/Avant: Factor Burzaco

Post/Math: Autumn Moonlight

Neo Prog: Chaneton

Crossover: Bauer, Pez

Psychedelic/Space: Honduras Libregrupo, Los Natas

I'm sure I must be forgetting very important bands, but that should keep you busy for a while

Thanks for the suggestions.  Anyone else have an opinion on Argentian Prog?

I haven't listened to much Argentinian prog (yet), but I enjoy a very nice guitar-based record by a one Claudio Gabis. A little more on the bluesy side but plenty progressive.
