New additions for the frontpage

We have a section chronicling the five most recent entries to the album database sporting the frontpage.

Would it be possible to add in a similar feature for the 5 most recent artists added to the database?

As a secondary thingie here: A direct link to a list of the 100 most recent album and artist additions a the bottom of said lists on the frontpage would be neat :-)
