I have amended my list to add Spirit's other 1968 album, as well as to remove Tull's debut.

I've only just remembered that Caravan's debut was a 1968 release, not 1969, so I've amended my list appropriately and have moved Spirit's second album to Honorable mention so Traffic still makes the top 10.
